Know what you are doing.

• Tokens launched on LaunchFactory storefronts are highly speculative. Their price can fall to zero and liquidity can disappear at any time.
• A token gives no ownership, share, dividend, vote, claim or redemption right, in LaunchFactory, in a launchpad, or in any company, fund or commodity.
• A token quoted in a tokenized stock or commodity (an xStock) only trades against that asset. It is not the stock, not the commodity, and not issued or backed by their issuers.
• Solana transactions are final. A mistaken or malicious transaction cannot be reversed by LaunchFactory.
• Launches depend on third-party programs (Pump.fun, PumpSwap, Raydium LaunchLab) and on Solana itself. They can change, pause, fail or be exploited, and LaunchFactory does not control them.
• Creator fees are shared 70/20/10 on Pump.fun by an onchain fee configuration. Pump.fun lets a creator change it after launch; LaunchFactory flags such changes publicly but cannot prevent them.
• Token agents are AI systems. Their answers can be wrong or incomplete and are never financial, legal or tax advice.
• Nothing on LaunchFactory is an offer, a recommendation or investment advice. Do your own research and never use money you cannot afford to lose.

Using LaunchFactory.

Eligibility. You must be an adult and legally allowed to use crypto-asset software where you live. You may not use LaunchFactory if you are subject to sanctions or if launching or trading tokens is prohibited for you.

Your wallet, your responsibility. LaunchFactory never asks for, sees or stores private keys or recovery phrases, and never holds your funds. You are responsible for every transaction you sign and for its network fees.

Your content. You are responsible for the names, tickers, images, descriptions, links and agent instructions you publish. They must not be illegal, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, sexual involving minors, or infringe anyone's rights. Do not impersonate people, brands or projects, and do not present a token as a security, an investment product or a claim on an asset.

Fees. On Pump.fun launchpads, creator fees are split 70% to the token creator, 20% to the launchpad owner and 10% to LaunchFactory. Stonk.fun launchpads use Stonk.fun's own fee forwarding. Protocol and network fees are set by the providers and by Solana.

Moderation. We may hide, delist or disable storefronts, launches or agents in our interface, for example after a legal request or a breach of these terms. Tokens and transactions on Solana remain outside our control.

No warranty. LaunchFactory is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It has not been independently audited. To the maximum extent the law allows, LaunchFactory is not liable for losses from tokens, prices, third-party programs, network failures, bugs or your own transactions.

Changes. We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the new version.

What we keep, and why.

• Wallet addresses you sign in with, and the launchpads and launches you create, including the images and text you upload. Much of this is public on Solana anyway.
• One-time sign-in messages, and a session token kept in your browser for seven days.
• Operational logs of errors and payouts, used to run and secure the service.
• Token agent chats: your messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the reply. We keep usage counts linked to a salted hash of your IP address for rate limits. We do not store the text of the conversation.
• Your browser keeps your theme, your wallet choice and your session locally. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Blockchain data is public and permanent; we cannot delete it. For other data, contact us.
